My name is Gunadev, and I started Swachatha with one simple dream—to help people live healthier lives. Like many families, I always believed that the food we eat should nourish us, not harm us. But over the years, I began noticing that finding genuinely pure food had become increasingly difficult. Whether it was cooking oils, spices, flours, pickles, or everyday groceries, many products in the market were being made with shortcuts—artificial preservatives, unnecessary chemicals, refined processing methods, and compromises made in the name of higher profits. I realized that while businesses were growing, many people were unknowingly moving further away from natural, wholesome food. I asked myself a simple question: "If I know this is happening, what can I do about it?" That question changed my life.

I made the difficult decision to leave my job and dedicate myself to building something that could make a genuine difference. Swachatha was not created simply to sell products—it was created with a purpose. Our purpose is to provide food that we can confidently serve to our own family. At Swachatha, we believe that food should feel like home—pure, comforting, and safe for the people we love the most. It should never carry hidden chemicals, artificial colors, or unnecessary preservatives that slowly take away its goodness. Instead, it should be made with care, using honest ingredients and thoughtful processes, so that every meal brings not just nourishment, but a healthy lifestyle.

We know we cannot change the entire food industry overnight, but we can do our part. If one family chooses healthier cooking oil because of Swachatha, if one child grows up eating cleaner food, or if one customer trusts us enough to serve our products at their dining table, then every sacrifice made to build this company is worth it. For me, Swachatha is more than a business—it is a responsibility.
